Do you work directly with property managers?

Yes, and we prefer it. We can liaise directly with your property management office, schedule around tenants and report back to you with photos and invoices. Just add us to your preferred contractor list and we'll handle the rest.
Can you do urgent repairs when a tenant calls?

We can usually attend urgent callouts within 24–48 hours, sometimes same-day. If you let your tenants know they can call us directly (with your approval), we'll coordinate the access and let you know what we found and what it will cost before starting work.
How do I get invoices for owner reporting?

We send a clear invoice with job description and photos after every completed job. If you need invoices in a particular format or addressed to the owner, just let us know — we're happy to accommodate.
Do you do end-of-lease cleans?

We don't do internal house cleans, but we handle all the exterior and garden work at end of lease — lawn mowing, garden tidy, pressure washing the driveway and paths, fence and deck repairs. Combined with a professional cleaner, it gets the property fully ready for the next tenant.
